  16. The population of Uganda is 41,000,000, it’s about the same size as the state of Oregon.
  17. Motorcycles and scooters are called “boda bodas”. They’re cheap transport.
  18. Uganda celebrates Independence Day on October 9th.
  19. Feeling homesick? Head to Acacia Mall or Village Mall in Kampala.
  20. Matooke is the main staple food, we make it from un-ripe bananas that we mash.
  21. Sometimes one meme will trend on all social media platforms for a month! Ugandans like to laugh.
