our 3 days of birding in Uganda at Lake Mburo national park will take you to the hot spot points of the park for wildlife safaris, it is such an amazing time as you look for birds in the Rubanga forest of along the salt lick regions, these are spotted on walking safari. Itinerary of the 3 Days Birding at Lake Mburo national park Safari in Uganda.
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe and begin our birding experience en route to Lake Mburo national park in Uganda
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the park by our guide representative of the national park, Uganda’s birds are everywhere right from Entebbe. As we transfer, there will be stopovers in search of birds en route, a few examples of birds to encounter include the weaver birds, marabou stock, lilac and breasted roller. We shall also stop over at the equator for a photo moment before we continue to check-in for dinner and staying overnight at either of the following.

Day 2: Birding in Lake Mburo national park, Uganda
Following a morning breakfast, we will start our venture exploring the park on foot, our experienced birder guide will lead you to the best hotspot points to spot birds. As we proceed on birding, we will focus our attention on finding the prehistoric shoe bill stock, African fish eagles, African finfoot, red-headed barbet, brown chested plover, Tabora cisticola, bare-faced go-away bird to mention but a few. We will blend this with a safari ride in search of the parks with other animal species like zebras, elands, Rothschilds giraffes and African buffaloes. We return for dinner and stay overnight at either of the following lodges, depending on your choice.

Day 3: Transfer to Kampala or Entebbe
On this day, we will enjoy a relaxed breakfast after which we transfer to Kampala or Entebbe to catch our international flight back home.
