Rwonyo Rest Camp

Rwonyo rest camp is at the park headquarters at Rwonyo. It has a beautiful camp near the Nshara gate. The budget facility is under management of Uganda wildlife authority (UWA). The compound of the campsite boasts animals that come to graze. Examples include the warthogs and Zebras. The eco-budget lodge is grass thatched to blend with the environment within which it is.

The campsite is best for budget travelers. The tents are high from the ground using wooden material platforms. They are quite more expensive than the normal bandas. They have private bathrooms while the banda has an option of using the shared bathroom. The restaurant serves great meals. Sometimes in case one wants an upgrade experience, there are a variety of greater restaurants at the Acardia lodges. There are also other lodges that the property can organize. The construction of the rest camp design is the best fit to describe the typical African setup. The bandas are built-in wooden-shaped huts.

The rocky pool at the campsite is one of the best places to relax while on an African safari. The sites are wonderful and together with wildlife views while they feed. These include impalas, warthogs, Zebras, antelopes, and Topi. The lodge has a timely check-in 12:00pm and check out time 10:00 am.
