Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Drive to Lake Mburo National Park

After arriving at the airport, you will be picked up by a driver and transferred to Lake Mburo National Park.

As you are on your way to the Park, you will have a stopover at the Mpambire drum village and at the Equator at Kayabwe where you will be able to take photographs and conduct the experiment.

After spending some time in Masaka town for lunch, we will proceed to the National Park after a short stopover for lunch.

After entering the park through the Nshara Gate, a game drive en-route will serve as a rewarding activity that will enable you to encounter many of the Parks’ flora and fauna, with the majority of wildlife grazing alongside the Ankole domestic cattle.

In the afternoon / evening, you will take a boat ride on Lake Mburo for a couple of hours. On this boat ride you will have the chance to see crocodiles and hippos up close. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge

Day 2: Game drive and Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park

You will start your day right with a delicious breakfast and a game drive in search of early risers as well as all the other wildlife you might have missed during your last game drive, including the newly introduced giraffes, is the best way to start the day right.
After lunch in the afternoon, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth national park where you are expected to arrive late in the afternoon after returning to the lodge for refreshments. In the evening, return to your lodge, relax, and spend the night.

Day 3: Game Drive & Launch Cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park

On the 3rd day of your safari, wake up early in the morning , you will be served with breakfast and after embark on your game drive. A game drive in Queen Elizabeth national park at the dawn will give you a chance to see a plethora of animals and birds, including African elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, impalas, and many more as you experience this early morning drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast, relax a bit and enjoy your lunch.

During the afternoon, take a launch cruise along the Kazinga channel within Queen Elizabeth Park for a chance to see hippos, crocodiles, a variety of birds on the bay, as well as other aquatic life in the park. In the evening, we will return to the lodge for dinner and to spend the night there.

Day 4: Transfer Back to Kampala

Enjoy an early morning breakfast before embarking on a transfer back to Kampala with a stopover in Mbarara for lunch, arriving in Kampala in the evening after leaving Mbarara for lunch. After being dropped off at your hotel in Kampala or the airport, you will take your onward flight from there on a Uganda Safari.
